Asalin da Tarihin Ci gaban Yoga

Yoga, tsarin aiki wanda ya samo asali daga tsohuwar Indiya, yanzu ya sami karbuwa a duniya. Ba hanya ce ta motsa jiki kawai ba amma kuma hanya ce ta samun jituwa da haɗin kai na hankali, jiki, da ruhu. Asalin da tarihin ci gaban yoga yana cike da asiri da almara, wanda ya wuce dubban shekaru.
