Tufafin Yoga mara kyau da suturar Yoga Tufafi: Halaye da Fa'idodi

Ta'aziyya:Tufafin yoga mai dinkiyawanci yana ɗaukar ƙira mai nau'i-nau'i da yawa, yana haɓaka dacewar suturar ga jiki, rage juzu'i da rashin jin daɗi. Wannan ƙira kuma yana ba da sassauci mafi girma, yana ba da damar ƙarin motsi na halitta a lokacin matakan yoga daban-daban.

 

Sassaucin ƙira:Zane nasuturar yoga mai dinkiya fi sauƙi, yana ba da damar yin amfani da yadudduka da ƙira daban-daban don cimma wani nau'i mai ban sha'awa da kyan gani.

 

Dorewa:Sakamakon zane-zane da yawa,suturar yoga mai dinki yana kula da kwanciyar hankali na tsari kuma ba shi da saurin lalacewa. Wannan ƙira yana haɓaka dorewa na tufafi, yana ƙara tsawon rayuwarsa.

II. Yoga Apparel mara kyau

Sana'a:Tufafin yoga mara kyau ana kera ta ta hanyar injin ɗin saka madauwari maras sumul, tare da rage yawan yin amfani da ɗinki da ɗinki.

 

Fit:Tufafin yoga mara kyauyana fasalta ƙira mai haɗaka wanda ya dace da madaidaicin jiki, yana rage juzu'i da rashin jin daɗi. Wannan ƙira kuma yana ƙara ƙanƙarar tufa, yana sanya ƙarfin gwiwa yayin aikin yoga.

Abun iya ɗauka:A hadedde zane nasuturar yoga mara kyauyana ba da damar sauƙi na ninkawa da ajiya, yana sa ya dace don tafiya ko ayyukan waje. Wannan ƙirar kuma tana adana sarari, yana ba ku damar jin daɗin yoga tare da sauƙi mafi girma.

Zaɓin tsakanin suturar yoga ɗinki da rigar yoga mara kyau galibi ya dogara da abubuwan da ake so da yanayin amfani.
