Yoga Yana ɗaukar Lafiya, Motsa jiki, Kariyar Muhalli

A cikin duniyar yoga, haɗin gwiwa mai ƙarfi yana fitowa, lafiya mai haɗa kai, motsa jiki, da wayewar muhalli.Cakuda ce mai jituwa wacce ta rungumi hankali, jiki, da duniyar duniyar, tana haifar da tasiri mai zurfi akan jin daɗinmu.

Yoga kuma yana ƙarfafa haɗin gwiwa mai zurfi ga jikinmu kuma yana ƙarfafa mu mu yi zaɓi na hankali a cikin lafiyarmu gaba ɗaya.Mun zama mafi mai da hankali ga daidaitawa da kulawa da abinci mai gina jiki, kiyaye aikin yoga na yau da kullum don tallafawa mahimmancin jikinmu da kuma mutunta haɗin kai na lafiyar mu tare da lafiyar duniya.Muna rungumar salon rayuwa wanda ya dace da yanayi, muna murna da yalwar kyaututtukan da yake bayarwa.

Sa'an nan, yoga ya wuce lafiyar mutum;yana mika rungumar sa ga duniyar da ke kewaye da mu.Ta hanyar zabar kayan haɗin kai don mats ɗin yoga da tufafinmu, muna girmama muhalli kuma muna ba da gudummawa ga dorewa.Auduga na halitta, kayan da aka sake yin fa'ida (Nylon, spandex, polyester) da filaye na halitta suna da laushi a cikin ƙasa, suna rage sawun mu na muhalli.Yayin da muke gudana ta cikin matakanmu, muna haɗawa da ƙasan da ke ƙarƙashinmu, muna haɓaka fahimtar girmamawa da godiya ga yalwar duniya.

Yoga, tare da tsoffin tushen sa da cikakkiyar tsarin sa, yana ba da sauye-sauyen tafiya zuwa mafi kyawun lafiya.Ta hanyar aiwatar da matakan yoga, motsa jiki na numfashi, da tunani, muna haɓaka ƙarfin jiki, sassauci, da tsabtar tunani.Tare da kowane numfashi mai hankali, Samun yanayin kwanciyar hankali da jin daɗin ciki.
