Hanyar yoga Swami Sivananda

Swami Sivananda ƙwararren masanin yoga ne kuma malamin ruhaniya na Hindu wanda ya bar alamar da ba za a iya mantawa da ita a duniya tare da zurfin koyarwarsa da gudummawarsa ga ayyukan yoga da alamar Vedanta.
