Crescent Pose / High Lunge

Bayani:

A cikin Warrior I pose/High Lunge, ƙafa ɗaya yana tafiya gaba tare da gwiwa yana samar da kusurwa 90-digiri, yayin da ɗayan ƙafar ta shimfiɗa kai tsaye tare da ƙafar ƙafafu. Jiki na sama ya miko sama, hannaye suna kaiwa sama da hannaye ko dai a hade su ko a layi daya.

Amfani:

Yana ƙarfafa tsokoki na cinya da glutes.

Yana buɗe ƙirji da huhu, yana haɓaka mafi kyawun numfashi.

Yana inganta ma'aunin jiki gaba ɗaya da kwanciyar hankali.

Crow Pose

Bayani:

A cikin Crow Pose, ana sanya hannaye biyu a ƙasa tare da lanƙwasa hannaye, gwiwoyi suna hutawa a kan makamai, ƙafafu sun tashi daga ƙasa, da tsakiyar nauyi yana jingina gaba, kiyaye daidaito.

Yana haɓaka daidaituwa da daidaitawar jiki.

Yana inganta mayar da hankali da natsuwar ciki.

Yana ƙarfafa tsarin narkewa, inganta narkewa.

 

Matsayin Dancer

Bayani:

Yana ƙarfafa kashin baya, yana kawar da tashin hankali a baya da wuyansa.

Yana ƙarfafa hannaye, kafadu, da tsokoki na asali.

Yana inganta ƙarfin jiki na sama da sassauci.

Yana ƙarfafa tsarin narkewa, inganta narkewa.

Matsayin Kare na ƙasa

Bayani:

A cikin Matsayin Kare na Kasa, ana sanya hannaye da ƙafafu biyu a ƙasa, suna ɗaga kwatangwalo zuwa sama, ƙirƙirar siffar V mai jujjuya tare da jiki. Hannu da ƙafafu suna madaidaiciya, kai yana da annashuwa, kuma ana kallon kallon zuwa ƙafafu.

Amfani:

Yana ƙarfafa kashin baya, yana kawar da tashin hankali a baya da wuyansa.
